In our research, we investigate permittivity-based sensing and imaging techniques at mmWave and sub-THz frequency range for real-time in-vitro monitoring of biological samples at the single cell and tissue levels.
Hesham Beshary received his B.S. and M.Sc. degrees in electronics and communications engineering from Cairo University, Egypt, in 2017 and 2020 , respectively. He also received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at University of California, Berkeley in May 2025.
From 2017 to 2020, he was an RF/mm-Wave Design Engineer at Analog Devices Inc, Egypt. His current research interests include mm-Wave/sub-THz integrated circuits and systems for NextG communications, and joint communication and sensing applications.
