Manage, plan, and administer administrative operations for the Berkeley Wireless Research Center. Providing membership review and invoicing to BWRC members annually. Establish policies to ensure the overall financial security of the BWRC while maintaining services to 10 faculty and 100+ students. Provide additional support for faculty with sponsor financial reporting requirements. Help facilitate grant awards and gift letters/funding and support Faculty Co-Directors in writing successful proposals.
Manage the BWRC bi-annual retreat meetings for 150 plus attendees, including employees of 12 member companies, faculty, and graduate students from COE.
Manage a variety of human resources activities including employment, training, classification and ensuring the completion of forms and documents
related to HR and Payroll for BWRC. Manage and implement regular upgrades of the BWRC facilities equipment, and infrastructure to support the research activities within our financial budgets
