As the Administrative Operations Manager for the BWRC, I direct the facilities, human resources, and financial systems that power our cutting-edge wireless research center. I oversee the financial and logistical infrastructure for our center and our 10 faculty and 100+ researchers. I specialize in bridging the gap between academic innovation and industry partnership, managing annual membership lifecycles. I lead our center's industry relations, managing the bi-annual retreats that connect our 12 member companies with top-tier UC Berkeley talent. I pride myself on maintaining a world-class research facility that remains within budget while never losing sight of the people who make the work possible.
